I’ve had this for years now, i think it’s held up well. It still works fine overall, even though there have been a few little issues here and there. Nothing major enough to make me stop using it, so in my opinion, it’s been a solid purchase...

"Wanted to love it, but it’s been fussy"
I’ve had this press for about 7 months now, and I’m a little torn. I’ve used and liked this brand for years, so I really wanted this one to be a solid upgrade, but it’s been more finicky than I expected. The primer feed hangs up, the shellplate gets some slop in it, and I feel like I’m constantly stopping to tweak something instead of just loading. Support was decent when I reached out, but for what this costs, I was hoping it would run a lot smoother out of the box. I’m not ready to give up on the brand, but this press has definitely tested my patience.

I bought the extra accessories thinking they’d fit my press, but nope, not a single one worked right. what a joke. Frustrating when you order add-ons expecting them to actually be compatible

"Nice idea, but the build feels a bit cheap"
I wanted to like this more because it looks good and does what it’s supposed to do, but the build quality was a little disappointing. For the price, I expected it to feel sturdier. It’s not terrible, and it’s still usable, but it definitely feels a bit flimsy in hand

"I was actually surprised by how quickly..."
I was actually surprised by how quickly Dillon Precision loaded. Pages popped up almost right away, and moving between products felt smooth, which made browsing a lot less frustrating. It worked fine on my phone too, so that was a plus. That said, the layout could still feel a little cleaner in spots, and I had to poke around a bit to find what I wanted. Overall though, the speed was definitely a strong point

My box showed up packed really nicely, and everything inside was safe with no dents or damage. I was relieved when I opened it. Curious if other people’s orders arrived just as well packed too?

"Found the small Dillon parts I was looking for"
In my experience, dillonprecision.com made it easy to track down a couple of little replacement parts for my Dillon press. I didn’t know the exact name of one of them, so the diagrams were actually a big help and saved me some guessing.

Checkout was straightforward, and everything arrived in good shape. For me, the best part was not having to search all over the place or buy an entire assembly just to replace one tiny piece

"Took me a while to get started"
Maybe it’s just me, but getting everything set up took longer than I expected. It wasn’t exactly quick to get going, and I had to spend more time on the setup than I would’ve liked.

Not saying the other sites are all playing games, but after seeing everything magically on backorder everywhere else, you start to wonder a little. Ordering was easy, no weird delays, no waiting around for some mystery restock date. I got what I needed without any hassle, which felt rarer than it should. Happy with the whole thing.

I’ve ordered from Dillon Precision a couple of times now, and yeah, I’d say the prices are fair for what you’re getting. Some items are maybe a little more expensive than I’ve seen elsewhere, but the quality is solid, so it’s easier to be okay with it. Shipping was decent too, nothing crazy. I’d probably give them 5 stars if a few parts were just a bit cheaper, but overall, it feels like a good value.

I was kind of in a rush when I started using it, so I really appreciated that everything was easy to figure out right away. I didn’t have to spend much time messing with setup or hunting around for what to do. So far it’s been smooth and hasn’t given me any real headaches

"I really do like their products, but..."
I really do like their products, but getting help with my order was frustrating. It took days to hear back, and when they finally replied, the answer was super short and didn’t really make me feel taken care of. Customer service felt slow and hard to reach, after waiting that long, I’d expect some kind of compensation or at least a better effort to make things right.
