"I have heard people ask why Dillon Precision…"
I have heard people ask why Dillon precision. Here is my experience: called repair 10 days ago, explained to rep multi problems with my Xl650 press. He asked how much I used it I said not too much, maybe 3 or 4 hundred thousand rounds over 20 years, he chuckled and gave me RMA#. Press was filthy and shot!!!!
Got it back today and it looks like a brand new, Also see 2 page list of free parts they installed. This is why I and many other competitive shooters swear by Dillon Precision

"I will never buy a Dillon product…"
I will never buy a Dillon product again. Purchased a Dillon RL1100. I was promised the automated system “next week.” Almost 4 months go by. The press was missing parts upon arrival. The powder dispenser had major issues. Very goofy caliber conversion “kits.”. Not impressed by the quality at all. They say lifetime warranty, but it’s BS. Only 2 year. They were very snooty when I asked for refund and did not even bother to ask why.
Had to move up the ladder to finally get my refund. Bad customer service and way too expensive for the quality overall. Never again.

"Dillon does not communicate on status…"
Dillon does not communicate on status of order and forgets customers.
I bought a 550 press in the around 1997 I think and a quite a few dies, etc, for the different calibers I loaded. I ordered dies. etc, probably for 5 to 10 years and products were great, service was great, but for a number of years I didn't need anymore dies.
In first week of January, 2021 I purchased several items for a complete .45acp setup (I had certain items already). I am still waiting on the die set 3/16/22. Twice I called and talked to a gentleman that was nice, but in the end unhelpful, and twice I called and communicated with a jack___ - his only words were wait six months - both times complete lies.
At this point I am considering getting Lee dies and maybe a single stage press for .45acp, because I hate to buy the ammo when I can reload - just a pride thing I guess. I need .45acp.

"5 star all the way good job guys"
I have to say this company was awsome on the phone. And answered all my questions I had. I placed order and it arrived 1 day early. I will be spending a lot more money with this company. Good job guys. I hope all of my orders will go the same. 5 stars all the way!!!!! And a note to the people complaining. Look in a mirror you may be the problem.

"15 Trouble free years!"
I have been using my Dillon Progressive Press for approx 15 trouble free years.
Recently I had 2 issues and I contacted Dillon. The representatives were extremely helpful and sent me replacement parts at no charge!
I did not expect warranty replacement and I am very impressed that they stand behind their products.

"Dillon customer service is the worst"
Dillon customer service is the worst. I have Dillon products and RCBS. I’ve dealt with both two different times and RCBS is the best hands down. Dillon claims and advertises a no b.s. policy. I am new to reloading and didn’t know about cases that have three primer holes until I broke my only pin. So I call to get another on sent to my home the lady tells me she needs my credit card # and I ask her about the no bs policy and she says it’s about 97% no bs I broke the part that isn’t covered. I bought a set of RCBS dies at a gun show an noticed the pin was warped. RCBS sent me an new one even though I told them I bought it and would pay for it.
Then my Dillon case feeder stated getting bullets hung under my case plate. Called Dillon and the told me to take a screw out of the metal that maybe my bowl was warped. I paid over 200. Dollars for this case feeder when I bought it from them, and they tell me to take a bolt out of it because it may be warped. I bought the 650 and have updated it with about another 200 dollars of stuff they should have already had in it. I won’t buy nothing else from them. RCBS for this newbie reloaded.
